• Statutory & Regulatory Identification: Passport details (passport number, expiry, date of birth) strictly when mandated by Sri Lankan government agencies, including Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC safari permits), Sri Lanka Railways (train seat reservations), and Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) hotel accommodation manifests.

Client transaction files, invoices, and operational records are retained in compliance with the statutory corporate, tax, and auditing regulations governed by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and the Registrar General of Companies of Sri Lanka, after which they are systematically deleted or anonymized.
